We were in London to attend MOVE – Mobility Re-Imagined 2025, the world’s leading event focused on the future of transportation and mobility solutions. Every year, MOVE brings together innovators, industry leaders, startups, policymakers, and major players to discuss sustainability, electric vehicles, artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, and urban mobility.

This event wasn’t just the perfect setting to envision the future of mobility—it was also a great opportunity to build connections and explore new business prospects. That’s exactly why B2-Ride and Pikyrent were there: to bring our vision of mobility to an even more international stage.

Presenting B2-Ride: a new dimension of shared mobility

In the dedicated startup area, we officially introduced B2-Ride, the white-label SaaS platform developed by Auriga for launching and managing corporate mobility services, delivery vehicle fleets, business fleets, and urban sharing solutions.

B2-Ride is the result of a synergy between Auriga’s 30 years of expertise in ICT and Pikyrent’s hands-on experience in managing shared electric vehicle fleets. It’s a turnkey solution designed for companies, local operators, and startups aiming to enter the shared mobility space without starting from scratch.

Our strength? We truly understand what it means to manage and share an electric fleet. Behind the scenes is advanced technology—AI, IoT, and smart APIs—but what really makes the difference is the ease of use in configuring every aspect: from pricing models to geolocation, from predictive maintenance to real-time reporting.

Thanks to an intuitive management dashboard, interactive map, and continuous monitoring tools, users can operate fleets in free-floating, station-based, or private-use modes, optimizing both time and resources.

B2-Ride is a bridge between the idea of shared mobility and its real-world implementation, in a way that’s both sustainable and efficient.

Proven flexibility and real-world results

During the event, we shared several success stories that showcase the platform’s flexibility and scalability, tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer.

One standout case: Vado Service, a company based in Grottaglie (Italy), which launched an electric scooter and bike-sharing service for residents and tourists using B2-Ride. We also introduced a new project currently in rollout, which will offer electric scooter rental in both free-floating and station-based modes for another upcoming client.

MOVE 2025 served as an international stage to present a fully Italian product, but also as a valuable moment of dialogue and inspiration. AI, logistics, and integrated transport are widely discussed—but there’s still too little emphasis on the need for flexibility and adaptability across different contexts, cities, and user profiles. That’s exactly what B2-Ride aims to provide: customized solutions that go beyond borders.

In today’s landscape of urban mobility innovation, defined by growing attention to sustainable and smart transportation, Grottaglie stands out as a successful example of how technology and local planning can drive real change.

Located in Apulia and renowned for its ceramic craftsmanship, this tourist destination was once heavily reliant on private cars, with no shared mobility services available. In response to a public tender by the Municipality of Grottaglie, Vado Rent seized a strategic opportunity to launch a shared micromobility service, starting with electric scooters and later expanding to electric bikes.

The Challenge: Delivering Smart Mobility with a Tailored Approach

Vado Rent needed a mobility management system that was complete, flexible, and reliable, capable of handling a fleet of shared electric vehicles while adapting to local needs.

The 2024 public mobility tender, valid for three years, set the foundation for the launch. The service began with around 30 e-scooters, soon joined by an equal number of e-bikes.
